Have been with this Company for a while. Especially after second lockdown in rush of new assignments coming in is phenomenal. The culture is employee friendly and during tough days lockdown no pay cuts and salary was on time. The management is helpful and understanding. Its a startup. But the vision of the CEO is very futuristic. So compared to startup it provides good salary. Flexible timing, learning new technology is always welcomed.

Management is improper. A proper process needs to be introduced in the company, things proceed in a very random manner.
