my work is slightly challenging , all management look after child over all development and mainly focus on NTSE , STSE , IIT , NEET , NDA , KVPY AND BOARD RESULTS

School management is run by a single person. He is a politician. His behaviour and knowledge are terrible. No working culture is there. Rural parents believe in fabricated posters and hordings and get admission their wards in the school. In Covid pandemic, the school collected full fee from parents. Teachers were given partial salary.

Dislikes

Everone who is working there have to follow the instructions of chairman and he is not having proper ethics and principals. He is miser and money minded. Give first priority to money to man. Salary is not given as per commitment. Untrained office staff is there. Not good environment for ladies and girls.
