This is company which allow to develop only one catagory of people who are belongs to thier catagory. They are not given hike on salary till now. As on joining date they said they will give hike in every 10 months are 1 year till now they are given any hike to employees

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are hardly positive things in the RAAM Group. If you want promotion easily and sustain in that role for a long time, then you have to say "Yes" to all of the things whichever your GM/VP says.
