Nothing from management to Hr all are involved in conspiracies' and conflict of interest at the time of joining they will commit you some role post joining they will ask you to play a different role, all the top leadership are relatives of each other and they are backed by some middle management who belong from their family relation.

Dislikes

Most horrible part about the organization is HR even HR head like swati Khandelwal she also involved in conspiracies' she does not how hr function works, Some of my subordinates have shared the data to HR with proof but still they did not took any instigative to stop this.

A lot of politics, senior leadership doesn't have any clue about what is going on in the project. Buttering is the top priority, if you want to improve your professional skills don't join this organization as it will lead you to a black hole.

I work in the software division and have received global awards in the early years directly from the CEO( this proves that I was very efficient at work). Later the management changed and the whole department is in the wilderness.
