1. If you are into RCM process then this is the right place to work. 2. Managers are very helpful and polite. 3. IJPs can be filled within 18 months after joining. 4. Reimburses the expenses.

The time period to fill IJPs are too long 18 months in the company

I had a worst experience in R1RCM. 1) If you would take leave then you will have to cover your monthly target. No metter how many leaves you have taken. If you take 5 days leave then you have to cover 5 days target and that should be cover in that month only. 2) if you would not able to meet monthly production target you would get0 rating. 3) your break should not exceed above 1.15 hours , if exceed will issue warning letter. 4) If your quality is not meet for 2 months then you will get CAP and you quality will be monitor for next 2 months if no improvement found. They will terminate you. 5) Management support only old employee. New employee work as a labour. 6) worst company in my life. Even they gave my full n final after 3 months. Don't join this company. There is so much of capping in all the things for ex if you are not achieving urs target then automatically warning will be issue and breaks are limited
