Company values work life balance but in most cases this also doesn't work 😂

No Job security, if you didn't got billing for a month, you are Fired. R Systems ask people to join them even for the project which was predicted to be with them for 3 months only, and then they try them with other projects or fire them.

They don't have project & before project they hired resource where they didn't project for 10 months (till now ) ,if employees ask for leave they asked resign forcefully &told to leave comment many still happening ,it's not worth to select the company ,as HR is helping when hiring manager don't know about upcoming project there hirethe resource & I lost job for few months find another one , don't rush to join this (specially in telecom domain on deployment),think twice before you select the offer from R system company...Read More

They don't have telecom project & HR not on helping hand as they hear only to LM or hiring manager ,they don't bother to learn sten employee situation where &why they join for months job in R systems .....
