Company doesn't provide any training to new joinees, job security is extremely poor due to mishandling and lack of technical knowledge of MD. Due to his stupidity, he decided to laid off many good employees from the company, the one who really worked hard for the company are being ruled out courtesy of the negative feedback from themiddle level engineers/ managers. These people licks the boots of MD by misleading him and spreading false information against those employees who worked with honesty and full dignity....Read More
