No change of styles, old management, they do not like to upgrade. The infrastructure is poor and very old. People are mostly unhappy and they are against any change for the better they do everything like it was done 20 years back.

Company doesn't provide any training to new joinees, job security is extremely poor due to mishandling and lack of technical knowledge of MD. Due to his stupidity, he decided to laid off many good employees from the company, the one who really worked hard for the company are being ruled out courtesy of the negative feedback from themiddle level engineers/ managers. R.Singh has expelled many employees in last few months. Its politics and rude behavior of senior staff makes the company terrible for work. Only opportunity to grow is when you leave the company.

Good staff is sidelined by the management. Many good people already left. Management should look what an employee is actually doing. Shouldn't act on feedback of middle level managers alone. Middle level manager harasses juniors and complaint about them just to maintain his ego and power.

I worked for R.Singh for little less than 3 years (including 2 yrs. abroad onsite). They expelled me for the feedback 2 middle level managers. These two are very clever and master in plotting scams against others. I'd proof against them but no one cares.
