The company is known name in importing Marble from around the world. Has been into cement business also under the name 'wonder cement'. Although having decent client base, but now facing a very good competition from other players in market. The only advantage is that Architects/Builders can give you a appointment based on company's name.

Dislikes

Compensation is just decent, but growth level is extremely poor, motivation level is zero, work and life balance is poor disappointing is that lot of politics based on favouritism specially at EVP level hierarchy, working with prejudice mindset. Low empathy. One has to follow the conservative approach (Lakeer ke Fakeer) in reporting and working.
