There is nothing at all to be liked.

Dislikes

They don't give you salary or increment on time as they had promised on joining. They don't give any Identity to be used out of the company like i-card. They do fake signatures of employees without even let them know. They didn't gave salary in lockdown situation. They forced workers to do 12 hrs duty compulsory even in lockdown and who don't accept that they forced them to leave the company residential immediately. There isn't any safety for anyone in company. The higher management is very narrow minded and only concerned about their money....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
