I would like to give 0 stars for work life balance and work satisfaction..but unfortunately there is no option for 0 star so i gives 1 star, this so terrible.. company is good but pls thinks 100times before you joining this Company low package and job pressure is very high ( Its depends upon teams) one way cab facility but horrible route will be adding your route . Company provides food its ok but . But company should treat there employees as a human beings🥲. Job security is good in this company even pandemic time they hired lot of peoples. This my experience in my team(Creative Communication division, Name- "3" alphabet letters team which is running 20 years)which i had faced... Really they sucking your blood ❤️‍🩹you deserve nothing from this except disease and low package.. you forgot about working life balance after joining this company( this is not startup companyso don't join this company as a fresher you will not gain any knowledge) sorry for this negative rating but this what i have faced a lot.. they didn't treat you as employee..no manager support .... Lots of things i have to say but text column is not enough for this 😂😂😂 so i stoped here, my advice is long distance people don't try this company once again think 100times before choose a good team from this company this company have some good team do pls choose on that basis.
