I hate my operational accounts manager because of his bad behaviour. L1 employee comments will not be consider at all. L1 & L2 employee problem will not be considered by Relationship manager. They will support team managers only.

...3 years. Its an awesome company to work with. Work life balance is really great. You get a decent pay and haven't faced any delay in the payment of salary. They also provide different training sessions for which you can enroll and upgrade and improve yourself in different areas of your interest. I strongly recommend RR Donnelley.. If you are looking for a career, this is not the place. If you are looking for a job and then come but make sure you don't stay in the company for more than 2 years or else u will be stuck here with less salary and no career growth.

Salary is very less compared to industry standards. No career growth or skill development. People with less skills and who plays cricket or takes photos are promoted and given career development. This place is ok a job, but not to build ur career
