Lack of management skill among the team leaders and managers; some of them don't even have proper knowledge. Also, the company prevents us from using AI tools and advanced tech concepts to explore; even we can't access GitHub for code references. The appraisal and other benefits are not at all up to the current industry standards.

No salary hike especially in SSC Division, Ground floor at RAP location . As a fresher I joined with ctc of 2.1 LPA. Take home after deduction is only less than 13,000. There is two appraisal, mid appraisal is only for name sake no appraisal will be given. Annual appraisal is only 4.5 % given. After one year appraisal, I received only 2.19 LPA.
