The Work Culture, being a small company you are handling various types of work and clients. There is job security and the varied company clients and personnel make a good environment.

No Increment Constant Chiding from upper Management Even if you work hard you won't be able to get a desired role in the company I.E Promotion is a myth. Cost Cutting at every Corner of the company but still you are handed the salary of a peasant.
