One of the worst outsourcing companies i have worked till now. Everyone is the puppet of management here. If they feel ur taking too much time to do a particular thing they will email to the HR and in no time you will be layed off without any short notice. I believe job security is a major thing in anyone lives but here they play with your emotions and mentally harras you. I was layed off in the year 2022 along with 40 other people without any short notice. So a big no to these types of companies who play with people lives....Read More

There is job security as the company follow good corporate governance and have some promising core values, management is great a lot can be learned from them.

Dislikes

Interior infrastructure & food.

Well work life balance can differ for different people for different age group so can't say much for that, but Leader do support to find a equilibrium point.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
