Charming CEO and HR specially Siddharth Sir & Arjita Mam Akansha Mam Team lead Akrosh Sir all are very helpful, As a CG artist I got little less Work Burden but have to keep myself updated everyday , new challenges on every new projects , Permanent Work From Home was the best they have provided ,1 yr health insurance provided , Hybrid System is best to get talent all around India with less costing for companies specially Bigger companies have that system and Quytech is heading towards a much bigger Organization I hope for the best , Flexible work hrs, 5 day working , Team and Project Coordinator will push you to be better and get more skilled by self R&D , to start your career its the best place, Employees engagement activities every month to have better interaction with everyone and play we entertaining games, salaries are on time every month...Read More

Just a Suggestion for my Company , As Quytech heading towards a much bigger company some expectation are also bigger like working on some big and High paying ambitious project which is missing a little for now but i hope we will work on much bigger ambitious & high paying projects soon bcz that can only help Quytech to get bigger and provide employees with better appraisals and salaries , Upgrading skill Training sessions are missing for getting Employees more skilled, we have to do it by ourselves, by self R&D which is good but still we might get an upper hand if Upgrading skill training sessions are provided , No Quytech Branded Uniform/Dress provided for all employees with the person's name and post mentioned for now , I hope soon they will !! No Diwali Bonus or any Gifts on Festivals for all employees for now , only competition winning employees will get gifts LOL !!...Read More

I am a CG Artist here at Quytech, generally my work load is little less bcz i see URP /HDRP lighting in unity and other works like editing,3d modeling, etc. my job required high level of R&D on Shaders, High Fidelity Graphics & Optimization
