One thing I dislike about company is confirmation letters and promotion letters are not given to employees timely, after three years i have been serving with them I still not recieved the same

Training is not so proper for new joined people company must not only focus on targets but they should look after their new team's quality and perfection about their product knowledge and other company product demerits
