Required lot of training to the team members,like..time management, stretch Sales management, motivational program,.... relationship building program across the channel.appraisal for team members is also required, need improvement in travel policy.

The best thing about working here is that people don't only listen to your problem but also act real time to get it fixed. The management is too supportive in all the aspects. They are always open for feedback.
