Worked for more than a year and tried my best to create a healthy environment as it is a startup with very young staff and all the more young owners. I personally spent good time with all sharing my experience and expertise.

Honest Opinion: Run by young immature IITans. Worked with them for more than a year and with my work experience of more than 16 years, tried my best to form proper work culture, ethics, policies but of no avail. They work without any practicality and are good at fooling their clients (within & outside ones) by always giving false hopes and commitments. Regarding remuneration it is worse. You join with the salary having a cash component which will be paid after every 3months, suddenly that component becomes against your performance and who judges the performance, its them coz there is no HR. If you argue then as per them "you are not aligned with companys growth". Laughable, isin't it? I caution everyone not to join shelfish and moreover people who are immature in decision making....Read More
