Hire and fire specially it's tough for freshers to survive here, if you are not well sound technically, but in case of fire they do provide 2 months salary Normally if you work bit hard and smart easy to survive by any chance if you are placed in the workforce or admin(RevOps) team then life will become hell, coz workforce people they come daily to office early to come and late to go and for admin team manager is quite strict he will be providing his own estimation for the task which in 100% scenario is non achievable and expect from you to meet them On resignation they provide early release within 15-20 days So if at all need to exit plan accordingly and unlike other companies where on resignation period they expect only KT from you to juniors here that's not the case they will be expecting full time work from you...Read More
