Let me be very frank here, there are 2-3 very important things we need to keep in mind. Company isn't our Home. And next, don't get too comfortable in your job that you lose sight of your own future. As long as we give them deliveries on time and keep working on our skill set, Management here will leave you alone. And give you opportunities for growth and improvement. I personally stay far away from the dirty office politics and pointless gossip. Let me promise you, all these "anonymous" reviews are the colleagues who were slothing during job, while we were picking up on their tasks.
