As long as we give them deliveries on time and keep working on our skill set, Management here will leave you alone. And give you opportunities for growth and improvement. Good Work Environment and I am so gratefully that I got so supportive team mate and Leads. Management is Transparent in all Aspects as they will schedule team dinners and will get all the reviews about everything.

Here Employees are treated like Family Members. No hierarchy between Employees Manager and Ceo. Employees Concern are treated on priority rather than any other things that I like the most.

I have been working has a senior software developer and have worked on CI, PHP, Bootstrap, etc. Management promotes skill development and the environment is cordial for learning. Remuneration is per industry standards. Very good point to note is that the performance is being evaluated and employees are promoted if they work efficiently.
