Nothing is there to like...Please check 100 times before joining this company. Recently they have fired 150 QA engineers and just gave 21days notice period. Few of the QA's got a chance to join with vendors (HCL TECH) only 12 members from Hyderabad office they have fired directly. Hyderabad management Team is not capable of maintaining this office and they don't have proper skills , if they would recommend hcl to reband all Hyderabad employees they are in the position to accept it......Read More

Amazing work life balance as we r in hybrid work environment. No micro management. On time salary and yearly bonus based on your performance. Good leadership with friendly attitude.
