Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. Dhiren is the most egoistic person. Employee who satisfy his ego gets high Salary and Promotion. Those who joined this Company to contribute for the betterment of the Company got fired or left with bad note. Those who know how to make him happy are enjoying their life in the company. He must be good in managing labor and not white color employees in Corporate office.

Dislikes

Just sitting in the office of the director won't make a person a director and leader. Leadership always reflects in the behavior and need not to be announced. If there is any institution who teach the manners to give respect then I am ready to pay the donation for his coaching.
