its a request from everyone please don't join this company i had a horrible experience nobody stays in this job more than 3 months they don't give reliving and experience letter, even they give negative response on job verification call/mail, they give salary 20 days late also travel convience after 2 months. the owner rajat sharma is fraud there are lots of court cases on him.

No respect, money minded owner, no good past records, no final settlement of employee was done, if you serve your notice period. Behaviour of MD not good, except whom he likes & he or she adjusted as per his requirements. Owner does not know anything about this.

Overall company is good, having some issues, which are obvious in a growing company. Owner Mr. Rajat Sharma is an intelligent person and he has tremendous power of convincing anyone having capability to give any solution

Dislikes

Sometimes, get salary little late like 11th of 12th of Month and during leave if you are leaving company at good notes, then he will provide all your dues even you had resigned before getting salary. Work there if you want to learn because spoon feeding is not there
