It is a company where 2 things are very importantly value. Diversity is one of these.. Even if you are from an area or background different from this city, you will be able to easily adjust with the team. Inclusivity is another great thing. Most people are social here and they are good at being friends with those who are new.

Dislikes

Lunch programs for the employees are usually done within the office. I think it would be more fun to plan them outside frequently.

Salary. Interesting projects.

Dislikes

Salary comes in 1st week of the month. Pathetic work life balance eventhough they say you need to work only for 9hrs. Managers act like they know everything but when you ask for help, they won't. They say they'll have your back during client call but they immediately disown you during the call and if the client gets angry, they'll say it's your incompetence.

I am happy with job security. The company also believes in retaining talented employees. The management is supportive. Work hours are flexible. This is an awesome benefit when you are a student or a fresher.

Since this is my first job, I do find it a bit tough manage things.
