1. Arrogant and Egoistic CEO who thinks he's always right and has the brightest mind in the company. 2. Stupid, Dunce, Incompetent and Irresponsible Sister of CEO who's also a Team Lead who is as clueless as a White board. 3. Technically illiterate Manager. 4. Project development without proper planning and vision. They don't actually know what they really want precisely. 5. Requirments are not planned. Can change at any point of time, even on the day of Project Delivery. And you will be questioned for the delay! 6. Miscommunication and misunderstanding at every level of development with Unrealistic deadlines. 7. Washroom is always crowded cause 30+ employees use 2 washroom, 1 for each gender. 8. There's never any fun celebration culture. 9. Notice Period if of 3 months. You won't receive your salary for all the 3 months. There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. CEO have no knowledge of product. Join with your own risk. They don't treat properly. software developer they give you unrealistic deadlines. No work life balance. They will call u on weekends or after working hours for work. They have strict timings. The management and CEO are non technical and they expect u to code magically n complete it within minutes. Pathetic work life balance Micromanagement Managers are clueless and lack knowledge of the field. Managers don't even have clear objectives of what they want to achieve. Ridiculously tight deadlines are given for tasks that are not even clearly explained.

I loved so much working in this company. The CEO is extremely talented he is a god gift... his ideas are so innovative. He thinks in a way which no one can think he is 5 steps forwards what the competitors can think. I got a grateful opportunity to work with him closely and all the managers are so talented. They really have a nice team bonding to execute the ideas mutually. I would have never left this organization but as I'm getting married, and my family wants me to come back to hometown that why i have to leave. Seniors, Hr, admin and culture everything is just worst. Office location also worst. Its stinks all the time. Also if you don't complete your 75% of talktime and leaving after half day then too you will mark as absent. Plus if you haven't complete talktime for some reason and complete your working hours then too its consider half day. Sometime office boy don't have keys so office open lately so you punch late because of main door open late then too its charge you half day even though its not your fault. They having their own app and from their only you need to call and many sales staff calling to same lead and from that also they want conversion. The owner dont know the basic if so many staff will call same person more than 3-4 times in day so the customer will get frustrate. I will suggest everyone not to join the company because of their terms and conditions which they haven't disclose in the interview you will loose your salary. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for. Wasted my 7 months. The management things they are god's. At the very start, everything was very nice. After 1 month, I can to know their true colours. - CEO is an IIT, but he has np knowledge related to coding. - management people will always harras you, provides unrealistic tasks with unrealistic deadlines like do this in minutes or hours. - No proper leave policy - after 1 month of my joining, I was working every single weekends and holidays. - they will call you and ask you to work even you have applied for leaves - no room for improvement, they just want to earn money by not providing any skills or learning to employees - once you resign, they will put you salary on hold for 3 months and after completing that with 45 days period you will have to follow up or beg to get your own money. - some of my colleagues got tortured even after leaving the company as they don't provide you all the documents - they blackmail you by saying that if any background verification happens we will say that you absconded without a notice. - lunch area is completely dirty and always heated due to no shelter and ac machines which exerts heat continuously, cockroaches in coffee machines, improper washroom as it is always dirty. Quantsapp is a Fraud Organization, The HR doesn't even have the guts to convey the message to candidate's about the talk time criteria where the company deducts the half salary for the day if talktime is not met . Also the company's HR has not mentioned about the salary date , with regards to salary is credited after 45 days. Worst place to work & would not recommend any one.
