Everything to dislike They hold your salary after you are on notice period and after completion of 3 months. probation they will give you all after 45 days No proper management. CEO have no knowledge of product. Join with your own risk. They don't treat properly. software developer they give you unrealistic deadlines. No work life balance. They will call u on weekends or after working hours for work. They have strict timings. The management and CEO are non technical and they expect u to code magically n complete it within minutes. They abuse and harras employees on the basis of leaves, timings, holidays and much more. Stay away from this company....Read More

Pathetic work life balance Micromanagement Managers are clueless and lack knowledge of the field. Managers don't even have clear objectives of what they want to achieve. Ridiculously tight deadlines are given for tasks that are not even clearly explained.

There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. Lively Team, working and enjoying at the same time. I was able to draw fat incentives right after I started working here from the first month. Who gives 1 time of salary as incentive in first month itself, I'm enjoying working here.

Quantsapp is a Fraud Organization, The HR doesn't even have the guts to convey the message to candidate's about the talk time criteria where the company deducts the half salary for the day if talktime is not met . Also the company's HR has not mentioned about the salary date , with regards to salary is credited after 45 days. Worst place to work & would not recommend any one.

Very friendly work culture and nobody asks to do any overtime. Come on time leave on time culture is what i like best. Have been also getting increments double than what i used to get in previous companies.
