To be very honest, as a current employee of this terrible company, I can literally say this - Nothing! - No work culture. - No support from your fellow team members. - No proper training program for lateral joiners. - Pertinent favouritism - No clear definition of work responsibilities - Blame game is hugely prevalent. - Extended working hours - No defined timings - Zero flexibility. - No job security - you can be pulled in a call with the HR on a Friday and asked to leave within the next 30 mins. Has happened with many of my team members. - GPTW is actually a scam. I would warn and suggest any person who is looking forward to join this literal hell hole, please save yourself. Don't get into their trap of disproportionate high pay packages, because you'll be laid off without a second thought if you fail to massage the egos of your immediate leads, who would be quite often, just a year or so older than you, but will have control over each and everything related to your career, and will take it for a joyride depending on their mood....Read More

Literally everything. Joining this company put me a few years back in my career, professionally and personally. There's a lot to compromise just for a higher number on the payslip, which if you ask me truly, is not worth it. I value peace of mind and a conducive work environment much more than a bigger pay check. You will never reli sh and grow if you join this company, and you and your family will take a heavy toll.
