Iam very happy to work with this organization, i would like to say for the freshers , this organization is very good to improve your skills for your future . Love to work with your teammates are supportive and the management as well . Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, gives good bonus and hike every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign the job on training of these period, some times management doesn't address our issues, here Work pressure matters.

Work Details

Good and interesting, Struggled a bit in the beggining. I learned everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
