Very bad HR policy and Salary structure

HR department is not able to hire suitable and compatible to work employees. Company is running salary standard as irremovable as since 2011. Even they have formula for hiring CTC = Number of year of experience * 1.3 it is too irrelevant. Due to the lack of talented manpower, many valuable client companies now oppose thecompany because of quality issue. There are lots of factors for dislikes , like company has 80% manpower as trainee or fresher or experienced person have profile in production but due to greed of company talented manpower is not permissible !...Read More
