1. Teams are biased towards favoritism. They will target one employee and be strict against him. 2. Efforts are not valued here. I used to work even after office hours late night at home. My efforts went unnoticed by management and they fired me on the basis of my performance. 3. Although my performance was satisfactory, I was judged on the basis of some tasks which were of no use to the team (they were assigned to me just to point out my mistakes and downgrade me). 4. Manager lacks management skills, I did not even get a single warning that I would be getting terminated. Did not get specific feedback. 5. Seniors here underestimate freshers and trouble them even for a single minor technical mistake or not knowing something. Always harsh against freshers (only against some, as I already said biased towards favorite ones). 6. If you are not good at anything, team will say that you should put efforts at least. But when you really put efforts, then they will say you are only putting efforts, but not showing outcome. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security</mark>. 8. Toxic team environment. 9. On the basis of tasks which I was judged on, nobody in my team was assigned such tasks with intention to monitor their performance. Only I was the special attention. 10. everything other than salary. no team is supportive other than IT sometimes ur own team members may deny to help you by not seeing your mail/message for days and days no proper KT but expects to complete all the tasks on time and mainly THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. please give a thought before joining this company.
