I am working here last 15 years & i feel that i am very much satisfied to work here, a wish to work here as long i can work. Very recently i have promoted as General Manager as i have create a new company name " Padma Oxygen Ltd" we are going on production within 6 month at our own land & factory setup.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
