Company with no job security, Managers don't have basic ethics and don't know how to give feedback to the individual. They also don't have the knowledge to resolve the issues . Many people don't have required skill sets but still are burden to the organization due to interviewer. 6 month fresher sometime take the interview as old resource don't give slots 😄. Salary credited on time and there is no any extra deduction in salary as well the staff members are very Supportive.

As per the current situation in IT industry,they don't have strong plan for their employees to switch in other project. so the work balance life is not good. they should have alternate option for employees to switch their project, 2 people get chance to switch another project in out of 10 peoples.

They have flexible timings to work plus for some clients they give permanent work folrom home options. Politics atmosphere is almost zero specially with the team I am working.

The salary hike is not so good for the employees with less salary. Also, the promotion policy is not good.

Company provides good benefits and has a online training program for development.

Too much of politics and they can fire you at any time without any reason. After you exit from the company, you will not receive your fnf on time. Even if you send a message to HR team, they don't respond. Worst company I have ever worked for.
