Qualitas Global is not a standard company, it operates as a labor firm that lacks clear policies for its employees. I understand that salary levels may be low due to budget constraints, as they pay less than security guards. It is concerning that employees may be asked to take unpaid leave for a month or even longer if there is not enough work available. Additionally, there are set login times, there are no designated logout time, which can result in work hours extending 12 or 12 hours without overtime compensation. Employees are also required to work on their days off.
