There is nothing to like about this company. It's not even worth calling a company. It's that pathetic place.

They'll hire you and lay you off just in few months. Have pathetic management. Just when you join they'll try to bully you. They'll layoff saying that financial condition is bad and just after laying you off they'll start to rehire people. So absolute zero job security. Policies and leaves are pathetic, they just want you to give every last drop of your blood with zero learning. This company is purely exploiting employees. This hire and fire organisation. They just hired a month ago and declared lay off after just a month. It’s not good corporate place to work. Also they just keeping their primary employees with them. Not good organisation. No job security

Terrible company. To begin with it's a fraud company, stolen a client from other company and started their own. Non of the Management team are qualified. It looks like bunch of college drop outs has started this company with zero knowledge of how the corporate world works. They do not have many clients yet keep hiring new batches. Keeping them as bench resource to help non performing employees and later kicking them out. You can only survive if you are in good books of the management team. I have witnessed senior employee leaving the company due to not getting recognised and appreciated for their hard work. Here, partiality is at peak. They have made the office a religious centre. If you are a Christian, no matter how low you perform you won't be kicked out. They are ruining peoples career. They will mentally harass you like anything. Pressuring you to extend the shift for more than an hour. These people prioritise smoking cigarettes over having a decent cafeteria to sit. Nothing to like, they seem to be progressing by pure luck but that's probably because the overseas owner and management don't seem to know what's really happening in India... It's all masked and they aren't told about the operations here.

Management, they have favourites who are working there since forever, they do not prioritise people at all, they will prioritise religion over emergencies and people, they will give out promotions based on friendship rather than merit. Female employees seem to have a hard time due to certain specific people in management, gossip seems like the most important thing going on in the office, promotions are severely affected by what is going on in an employee's personal life rather than their work. There are 4-5 people in the management who decide the rules and expect people to play by it. The employees are not allowed to ask for leaves, if asked they will be asked to abscond instead by the people in the management....Read More
