Works ahead of the market on new technologies

Non human friendly wrt HR . They can fire anyone citing performance issue . They save the severance package that has to be given to the employee when forced lay off . This company has no human ethics . One of the biggest mistake in working for this company since last 9 years. Hyderabad I have made after I moved from Bangalore. Thereare good number of directors and senior directors who do nothing but politics to save their own job. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
