I have cleared my CA in Nov 2022 and worked at a CA firm for 14 Months at Rs. 8.20 LPA as an Audit Executive. Good salaries Manageable work life balance (depends on the team though) Great job security (in Qualcomm India) Good culture Meals and cabs available Quite a big gym in the campus

Dislikes

A lot of people hardly do any work and QC doesn't easily let go of any employee. So, some people are enjoying Govt. job like job satisfaction with much better pay. HR needs to do a much better job in bringing the right talent to the hiring managers and also, in organising employee engagement activities.
