Compensation is competitive and is on the higher side in the industry atleast in India.

Dislikes

WLB is non-existent mostly. Managers unapologetically expect engineers to work extra hours every day, weekends also. If you prove you can do the task, brace yourself for more tasks citing efficiency as the reason. Stress is a regular affair.
