Hi I mostly like about Qualcomm employee relationship towards work and help each other in difficulties

They more prefer employees for contract role and without one month notice period they exit the employees from the company

Good work environment & amazing experience. Starting as a front office executive with not much experience ,it was a great learning curve , then got promoted as admin assistant Assoc and worked with expirenced directors . teammates are always supportive

Recently, Layoffs are a yearly problem. Multiple teams are targeted and no valid justification for the same, despite company making good revenues/profits. Fixed timelines for promotions.
