The only good thing that happened in Quadrant is that I got a good Teammates and Leads

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our Issues Salary is Bad and career growth is slow

Nice and decent environment but no job security and no employee benefits, They promised hike but didn't given to any of the employee after promising.

Dislikes

No employee standards. No employee benefits, no transport facility, no hike, no proper payment of OT money, juss make fake promises about employee benefits and hike. And specially no job security.

Work wise is good but management is not good.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
