Its good for freshers to start their career but not good for experienced people as we have night shifts also. Culture, managers, CEO,CTO all high position people are very good. They understands their employees in difficult situations. Hike is low for freshers but very high for people working more than four years.

Night Shifts and low hike in inital year of joining

Work is normal. Sometimes it is at peak, we have to work fir extra hours but not always.

Overall job satisfaction and work environment is good and lots of fun and events will conduct during work hours..so totally good corporate culture..

Need to improve the management part and also need quick action or response for the employee queries..

I love the fact that I am a part of -quadgen wireless from last 1 year.mine Is global client US based client and we work happily in collaboration team and I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
