People at QS are very supportive most of the time. Work-life balance is amazing, they have already announced work from home till September for all the offices around world. It might be extended and more flexibility like weekly partial work from home culture is coming even after this pandemic situation. We have 'linkedin learning' tolearn anytime. Learning and improving skills are also part of KPIs. The only con I feel is it's very competitive and difficult to grow here. Anyone who joins with higher position like 'manager' won't face much issue regarding salary though. But annual bonus is good. Only increment of salary so far. There should be promotion and career growth for atleast one hardworking person in each team every year.

Work Details

My fwork is focused with QS Analytics products of which clients are the universities around the world. My responsibilities aims towards helping institutes understand where they stand and how they can improve. Skillsets: mysql, Tableau, writing skill.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

There is only life and mostly no work. You will have ample time for yourself both at work and outside it.

Dislikes

QS is rotting. There is a Leadership Crisis at QS Intelligence unit at the Mumbai office. Ample opportunity to learn about office politics. Senior leadership is based out of London. They don't care! No work ethics. You will be constantly made to realize that you are good for nothing. You will be tortured, humiliated unless you give up and resign!

Work Details

Work will become monotonous over time. Work is too easy to even consider it work but a common practice at QS is "You get along or you get out. If you don't resign, we will make sure you do it"
