My internship experience has been full and rich at Qpe. I was given the task by my supervisors, whose patience made me feel respected and motivated to speak up when there was something I did not understand. Every employee shows a sincere interest in fellow employees and the solutions to their problems. They lend lavish support and guidance to employees. The company excels in facilitating group discussions and keeps meetings action-oriented by task. They display a harmonious and cooperative spirit by gladly sharing expertise while getting things done. My team mates are clever and imaginative when confronted with obstacles. Sales is one of the strongest pillar of any company and they strongly follow that. Proper training was given, yes there is pressure which is good too. Overall good experience.

I am looking after the merchant acquisition here and my job includes pitching the services to the merchants, telling them how it will add value to their lives, and expand their business. Help them on how to sell products online through QPe.

Company follows the Google's 20% rule and that's the best part of it. In the fast pace environment if company supports you to spend 20% of the time on improving your skillsets, that's impressive. Company support all employees in their entrepreneurial initiatives and appreciate the ownership mindset. All are free to share their reviews and there is always somebody to listen up.
