Qos is providing a wide and open environment to learn the new technology the most important thing was even l1 engineers are getting chance to sit with the expertise and escalation teams,understanding the complex issues,dealing with the client and provide them solutions.

Dislikes

The working hours will get extend to 13 hours and no extra benifits provided.

Work Details

I want to keep it short I love my work i am doing the firewall troubleshooting which includes both the mgmt servers blades and firewalla blades as long as i am spending time with the clients will be agreat experience it really helps me to grow technicall.
