Over all it was a experience working with this company, it was my carrier start and I learnt a lot.

Dislikes

There was a problem with Salary due to COVID and few smart employees but it was taken care.

I dislike their honesty about cheating you on your face regarding work, compensation & everything, specially HR & Company's management.

Very good if you have a project with deadline of 10 days, work starts on 7th day & one more client you lose here.........

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

This company is complete Fraud. Nilesh the head of operations is the person who takes care of all these things. He calls you asking and promising money and deals, which in the end they cannot fulfil. When you check the Directors page on LinkedIn too, they aren't associated with the company. They have been running a scam to be honestasking people to work for them. They are never on time to a meeting as well...Read More
