I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This company is complete Fraud. Nilesh the head of operations is the person who takes care of all these things. He calls you asking and promising money and deals, which in the end they cannot fulfil. When you check the Directors page on LinkedIn too, they aren't associated with the company. They have been running a scam to be honestasking people to work for them. They are never on time to a meeting as well...Read More
