They're friendly and accomodating, and they provide opportunities for you to grow! I've been with them for three months and have had no problems as a teacher.

Dislikes

I Simply wish they paid at the end of the month rather than the 5th, but that's the minor problem.

Overall it's an excellent working place for the employees. There are lot's of opportunities to earn bonus except the base pay and the team is very responsive in case of any emergency/problem.

Being honest there is no work pressure. Trainers don't have to take any headache regarding the class materials to be delivered. Everything is curriculum based and happens in a very systematic way.

I liked the slot system, as in I could choose what time I want to teach or take class.

Dislikes

It was extremely time-consuming, one hour per student plus we needed to fill out the form to update what the child was taught, which took an additional half an hour, similarly, I had to do it for 6 students per day, in comparison to how much work I did I got only pain 4k which was quite a lot dissappointed.

i would never ever suggest someone to actually work here. They do not have a good working system and they never respond on time. They would introduce new rules every month and deduct the pay according to them. It was a terrible experience working there. .

I wouldn't suggest nor recommend this place to anyone to work ever. Please do not go there. They have a toxic working environment. They introduce new rules every month and deduct the pay when already they are not giving the minimum wage. I'm glad I quit the company.

Initially when I started, it seemed to be very good and organised, very well managed. Everything was provided and we just had to deliver our best to the students.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work culture. They provide late stipends every month and the trainers have to beg for them everytime. They put unnecessary penalties over everything. There is no paid leave, even if you have health emergency, they deduct your payment. Taking more than 1 day off rips you off of all the bonuses you earned. It was exhausting. Even though the working hours are flexible, there is no personal professional life boundary for these people and they'll call/text you anytime. If you dont respond (beyond your working hours) they'll put penalties even then.

Nothing. Founders abused labour of interns. Underpaid , worked overtime and yet got scammed with our hard earned money. No paid sick leaves, no casual leaves. No wonder they went out of buisness in 2 years.
