Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes from the side of manager because of the demand & sometimes people of company misbehaving.

In Qh talbros Pvt. Ltd.,I'm trainee supervisor who monitoring work processes in work shop according to the company needs & also OEE & PPC work,Production data records & KAIZEN work, rejection controls works
