This is honest feedback - I was stared in Feb 2020 . I am very much satisfied but after July 2021 someone come try to make changes everything try to mixup everything,but still I try to manage and concentrate on my work profile.I can't say anything about job security but All companies Management happy your Job is secured even what work they are given is not relevant you have to do it. When any different task shared it's a team work we have to support each other but not find hear everyone doing their own work ones time finish forget extra task move to home. Company policy is up to mark but HR Management is not follow that in between management and employee concern they stuck they have to listen only management call forget about employees view and policy.
