I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I like how seniors supports to their junior.

Dislikes

I would love if the company provide more salary and perks to the CSE. We are the back bone of the company so they should provide minimum 20k to 25k CTC. Moreover, In this company there is a lots of issue occurred regarding Head- Phones, Mouse, Key- board, etc.
